If your order is lost:  ​All orders are accompanied with a USPS tracking number to help ensure delivery. Orders that are not marked as delivered within a timely a manner will be reshipped accordingly. Packages that are marked as delivered will not be reshipped.

If your order is damaged:  If your package arrives damaged please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will provide you with a return label and reship the new package upon receiving the damaged products at our facility.

 

If your order is incorrect:  ​If your package arrives with incorrect contents please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will provide you with a return label and promptly reship the correct package.
